Ray is a retired US Navy Commander and former Raytheon Company executive.

He is a mission-focused leader with impressive achievements within pivotal business development, marketing and operational roles where he established the vision, goals, priorities and plans that formed multi-year revenue generation strategies. His keen understanding of the multicultural business and  geo-political  dynamics in the Asia  Pacific  and  Middle  East  regions – its local competitive landscape, market trends and region-specific insights, has helped him in gaining and keeping his former company’s foothold in new territories. 

He developed this competence in multicultural understanding from his extensive military and diplomatic experience with the United States Navy. This, along with his discipline, focus and leadership skills were the solid foundation on which he successfully transitioned into the field of business.
